Automate Excel with ChatGPT and AI
Clean, combine and classify Excel data with ChatGPT in one day. Practise formulas, data enrichment and document extraction.

Course overview
Why use ChatGPT and AI in Excel?
Pair familiar Excel skills with generative AI. By using AI inside spreadsheets and prompt templates, participants learn to ingest, clean, transform and reconcile data in a fraction of the usual time — directly in Excel.
Outcomes
- Recognise where generative AI delivers the biggest time savings when manipulating Excel data
- Apply prompt techniques to ask ChatGPT for advanced Excel formulas
- Use a custom GENAI() function inside Excel to enrich, classify and complete data row by row
- Automate tedious cleaning tasks such as deduplication, standardisation, merging and PDF extraction with ChatGPT
This course is suitable for
- Beginners who are new to AI
- Lifelong learners upgrading their skills in a more data-driven workplace
- People who want to apply automation and AI in daily work
